• Workflow Map - you have a visual of how customers move through your business and what happens each step of the way.

• Process Manual - you have a living document that is updated real time and referenced daily

• Task Manager - each team member has a list of task that need to happen to keep them proactive VS reactive each day

• Escalation Process - your team knows what to do if they have questions or something needs your attention

• Communication Guidelines - your team knows how to communicate without interrupting the productivity in every around them

• Audit Checkpoints with Success Metrics - you don't just hope the work is getting done and wait for fires
